Shipping & Returns

A flat fee of $11.95 will be charged for all shipping within the 48 States. Shipping outside of the United States will be an additional cost. Iowa residents will be charged 6% sales tax. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from our online store, please contact us within 24 hours. We will authorize a return and instruct you on how to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, (in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging) we will issue a refund for the full purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that denying acceptance from the carrier does not constitute a return and a refund may not be received for the item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Dave's Models is not responsible for additional fees accessed to items( i.e. customs,taxes etc.) shipped.
